Charlene began dancing at the age of 3 in Salem, New Hampshire at the Carlene Nazarian Dance Center where she continued her studies in Jazz, Tap, Classical Ballet, Pointe, Lyrical, Modern and Hip Hop Dance. She has competed in numerous dance competitions earning many awards and medals. She began assisting other teachers and from 2006 to 2009 choreographed for children of all ages. During her time at Salem State University she was a member of the Repertory Dance Team where she was secretary, choreographer, and dancer for three years. She was also the founder and captain of the Salem State Dance Team with her three best friends. After college Charlene was a member of the Boston Cannons Dance Team. Charlene brings a strong technical background, exceptional choreography and style, and an enthusiastic personality to the BMDC team.
Cara began dancing at the age of 4 where she trained at Dance Productions in Woburn, Ma. There she was trained in ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical, hip hop and tap. Cara also competed in many competitions and also received Overall Excellence Award from her studio. Cara continued dancing throughout college at Salem State University where she was on the board of the Repertory Dance Team and founder and captain of the Salem State Dance Team. Cara graduated from Salem State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Design and a minor in Dance. Cara continued her dance training after college and was on the Boston Cannons Dance Team for 4 years. Cara’s focus now is on the growth of her students and she brings excitement, passion and drive to each class!
Kathryn Neeland, a native of Thompson, CT, teaches all dance disciplines with emphasis in ballet and modern dance. She's studied dance at Adelphi University, Boston College and earned a BFA degree in Dance Studies at the University of South Florida. For over 15 years she has performed and choreographed earning recognition as both a teacher, choreographer and performer. While attending college, Katie danced in Body & Soul Dance Compnay of Tampa, FL and taught a dance curriculum in the public schools. She's been privileged to work with Karla Wolfangle, Ronald K. Brown, and Michael Foley. Currently, Katie resides in Bellingham, Massachusetts with her husband and three children. She is excited to share her passion with the next generation!

Barbara has 25 years of teaching dance to various ages of students. She is passionate about her teaching, and has served as an instructor/choreographer for numerous studios spanning throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Barbara has trained extensively throughout Salem Ma with Gene Murray’s school of Ballet. She also completed a 3 year intensive teacher training program with the Dance Teacher’s Club of Boston of which she is an active member. She has spent the last 25 years teaching dance classes for different ages in the disciplines of Jazz, Tap, Ballet and Creative Movement. She has outstanding work with children. Her classes emphasize coordination, develop fine and gross motor skills along with physical fitness. Because of Barbara’s creative ideas, love for children and dance and inspiring teaching style students of all ages Barbara decided that opening her own studio would be the next natural step.She also has extensive training in the fine tuning of elements in all levels of ballet for gymnasts.

Stephanie has been dancing for over 8 years, training in Salsa, Bachata, Musical Theatre, Improv, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Hip Hop. While attending Salem State University Stephanie joined Repertory Dance Theatre as public relations manager, dancer, choreographer, and later President of the student run group. She graduated from SSU with a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Photography and a minor in Dance. Stephanie has a high energy, bold style. Her goal is to allow dancers to express their inner self through dance and help them build the confidence to dance beyond the normal borders while improving technical skills.

Emani found her passion and love for dance at the tender age of 3 in Atlanta, GA, where she trained at Norma's Academy of Dance and Ballethnic Dance Company in the areas of Classical Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Hip-Hop and African. Over the years, dance offered her the opportunity to teach and choreograph for various youth groups/programs and compete in various dance competitions, annual parades, overseas productions and summer intensives. Emani graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media Production with a minor in Dance, as well as was a member of the E. Gwynn Dance Company. Emani lives by the quote, "When I die, I'll die empty," because she simply wants to pour as much or more of what was poured into her through the art and connectivity of dance.
