Lotus Yoga and Fitness is designed to take care of all your fitness desires, including your psyche. Our philosophy is to teach you everything there is to know about fitness.
Not only do our teachers have the most up-to-date certificates in their discipline, but they all practice what they preach. Finding inner peace and fitness is something that they hold true to themselves. We hold them to the strictest requirements for certifications and knowledge, so that you can rest easy while you take on your new (at least with us) adventure.
We offer the most up-to-date amenities and features. With 9 separate rooms for yoga and any other class you might need, you’re sure to find something that fits your needs. Our grounds are filled with gardens and small rivers designed to help you along your path. We are continuing to grow our facility to make sure that it provides the open environment for your fitness needs, including a juice bar in July!
We hope to teach you a new awareness of your body, mind, and spirit. We also hope that you’ll gain the knowledge and the ability to push yourself to new limits in each discipline. We take a very balanced and open approach to physical fitness and yoga. You’ll find something that meets your needs and blends with your personality, hopes, and goals.
